What was once my struggle contained the gifts that I get to share with others.

This is my story...

I always had this feeling that there had to be more to this life experience. I felt I could surely do more and be more. But for a long time, I didn't know how to harness my life to make it happen.

I grew up in 1970s/80s London, as a British-Indian, at a time when racial tensions were quite high. My experiences shaped what I felt about myself and my capabilities. I was once unconfident about putting myself out there, speaking my ideas and just being visible. What I preferred was to blend in with the surrounding culture. At the same time, I felt limited by staying small. I wasn't reaching where I wanted to be. I wasn't being me.

Eventually I followed my father into filmmaking, made documentary films and became an independent journalist. I got to interview some wonderful personalities, enjoyed some great successes, including an unforgettable experience meeting and interviewing The Dalai Lama.

Yet still, I lacked self acceptance and purpose. I later came to realise this was a symptom of having learnt not to stand out because doing so might lead to negative attention. This helped when I was younger, but not now. It turned out to be a belief that many of my subsequent clients also related to. When I learnt to overcome this fear, I realised I am here to enable others to lead more fulfilling lives by igniting their inner light so they can shine bright.

For over 12 years now, I have been helping people channel a higher source of untapped potential, using specific energetic enhancing techniques, into professional lives that had otherwise hit an impasse. This is largely due to them not being able to speak confidently and avoiding visibility. They go from feeling silenced and believing they don't have much to say, being afraid to share their ideas, to discovering the brilliant communicator within and leading with authentic, heart connected voices. They become self believing, autonomous thinkers, who are confidently visible, transforming their careers and inspiring others with their words and vision.

The shift for me in my coaching journey, that then allowed my clients to achieve these breakthroughs, was in practising a surrendering method to the struggles of the past and letting them naturally work their way through my system. This, I later understood to be known as the core of the Letting Go Technique described in the writings of Dr. David Hawkins, which I practise daily and I now believe to be one of the secrets to true life fulfilment, happiness and success.

I have found that when people let go of their stories of struggle, the hidden gifts of negative experiences emerge. I help people embrace what has happened to them and reframe their experience as that which occurred both for them and is largely part of their divinely chosen life experience.

I now spend my time helping people carve out a stronger, more visible place in their professional worlds, beginning with owning their voices; guiding them towards embracing their expertise and their life purpose.
