D i a m o n d M a s t e r m i n d is a one of a kind hybrid coaching-mastermind experience of 6 months duration that utilises our unique Energetic Speaking Process, a program to help rising stars in leadership embody a higher level personal brand through powerful speaking and presence, to shine brighter and attract congruent dream opportunities their way.
It is specifically for leaders who want to acquire a sophisticated level of public visibility skills using the vehicles of voice, body language and energy frequency to achieve a confident, charismatic speaking capability and an authentic presence so they can fulfil their calling and impact the world on a higher level.
This is way more than just a public speaking course.
This is a group of people who want to learn how to use their voice and presence in a greater way to experience next level success in their lives but also to help ignite others to do the same.

How is this possible?
By learning a specific process divided into three converging branches:
- Radical Self Acceptance (releasing small-self identity and visibility limitations)
- Dynamic Speaking Techniques (vocal work, body language, delivery structure and style) and merging this with:
- Communicating with Energy Frequency (using metaphysics for presence and gravitas).
What does this actually mean?
Each individual will experience an incredibly liberating and empowering growth process using a unique combination of:

What is the “metaphysical” bit all about?!
You are not just a human being, you are an energy being. Everything you are is made of energy and everything around you is composed of energy. This is not a concept, this is scientific fact. However, in your human form, you may not consciously engage with the energy you are made of or that which everything and everyone else is made up of. This leaves you lacking tremendously when it comes to communicating. Because you are usually unconsciously communicating and affecting others with your energy. And yet, you may not have any idea how you are doing that. And this is why we see misunderstandings occurring; you may say something but it may be received in a completely different way, or when we seem to attract people and situations that we most certainly do not want to have in our life. We know that when we understand how to use our energy consciously, intentionally, especially in our communication, we can create outcomes that better match what we actually want – there’s no mystery or passivity in our communication exchanges. We step out of an unintended “victim mode” where we simply hope for a positive outcome to our communication exchanges, or where we are affected by what we imagine others think of us. We become more empowered because operating on an intentional energetic level allows us to behave from our higher self level, where our fears and insecurities don’t infect our communication experiences. This entirely different way of communicating, especially when speaking in public, parallels with other metaphysical practises, such as manifesting, which as an energy being you are doing all the time, probably without even realising it. When you understand how to do it consciously, you begin to live as the true creator that you are and your communication experiences powerfully transform.

What happens at the retreat?
Take part in live, in-person training at a unique retreat event on the magical island of Ortigia, Sicily. The event is designed to super-charge your learning with highly effective training techniques and metaphysical practises that enable you to embody your higher achieving, successful speaking identity, to own your ideas and opinions as a next level leader, and will be delivered with world class coaching instruction over the course of a weekend in September 2025. If you prefer in-person training and you know your speaking skills could benefit from the feedback of a group of individuals who are in the same position as you, then this retreat will be a game changer. Taking yourself out of the familiar, while still being in a "safe" container to develop your skills, in the beautiful surroundings of the mediterranean sea and light, offers you a unique opportunity to advance your personal development in a faster and fun way.

What happens at the masterclass?
This second exclusive event is a half day in-person 'refresher' training for those who have completed their subscription to The Diamond Mastermind, where you get to practise your speaking skills again with what you learnt on the program, practising new exercises, gaining further insight and feedback and reconnecting with your colleagues.

The enrolment process is done primarily through attraction and energetic matching. If we are not a good fit, neither of us, nor the group as a whole, will benefit. You will be contributing your own insight back into the collective, too. This is a collaborative experience but also a hybrid training program.
